MTB Glee this Saturday Will SELL OUT!

We are so excited for the event this weekend!  The groups have all been working hard and expressed how anxious and excited they are to sing Saturday. Whether they are traveling hours or minutes, they will be bringing their “A game” and are ready to compete.

We have been absolutely overwhelmed by ticket sales and community support. As of Wednesday,  we have SOLD OUT the VIP Reserved Area seating and we have less than 75 seats remaining. At this point, we are encouraging people to purchase your ticket online via our website or stop by our office, located at 145 South Hanover Street, to purchase in person. We do not expect tickets to be available at the door, but we will keep the website updated with the most current information.  Web based ticket sales will close at 3pm Friday and the website will announce at-door availability by 5 pm.

Please keep in mind that we are collaborating with several local restaurants to provide timely service and a 10% discount to attendees of the MTB Glee Competition. For fine dining, reservations are being accepted at Rillo’s & Piatto as well as Tapas at Andalusia.  For a fun pub atmosphere, plan to visit Cafe Bruges or Market Cross Pub or 1794 Whiskey Rebellion (located in the Comfort Suites).  For casual quick service, please consider Helena’s Creperie, South Side Deli (both next door to the theatre) or Taqueria Laurita (the food truck you don’t have to chase) just down the street.  We have been told that this is 1st come 1st serve seating and we suggest arriving prior to 5:00pm to ensure you are out and at the theatre on time.  Just show your ticket stubs for a 10% discount on food.  Discount excludes alcohol, specials, and catering and is subject to each restaurant’s discretion.

We want to thank all of our media sponsors for the fantastic coverage: Brett Thackara, James Crummel and the abc 27 news team,  Rick on Red and the staff at Red 102.3, Kim Kamowski and the staff of the Sentinel and last, but not least, Jeff Kintz and Filson Water Team.  Clearly coverage is key!  Thanks to you, our hard working students will perform for a SOLD OUT crowd and United Way will be able to offer another year with the 100% Guarantee!
