Paul and Patricia Strickler Pre-Kindergarten Scholarship Fund

United Way of Carlisle & Cumberland County and its early childhood initiative, Success By 6, are pleased to announce the Paul and Patricia Strickler Pre-Kindergarten Scholarship Fund. This scholarship fund honors two long-time volunteers of the United Way of Carlisle & Cumberland County and Success By 6. This scholarship fund provides 50% tuition assistance to families whose children are between three and six years of age, enrolled in a PA Keystone Star 3 or Star 4 preschool program, and whose preschool is approved by Success By 6 to receive these funds. The application process begins July 1 of each year.

To donate to the Paul and Patricia Strickler Scholarship Fund go to:  uwcarlisle.org/donate/Click “make secure donation”. Include the scholarship name in special instructions. To donate via check, make a check payable to United Way of Carlisle & Cumberland County. Write the scholarship name on the memo line of the check. Mail or deliver a check to United Way of Carlisle & Cumberland County at 145 S. Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA 17013.
